Abstract

|
This study is to analyze the effect factors on the satisfaction of the National Pension System (hereafter NPS) for the persons of twenties, thirties, forties, and fifties relatively living in Daegu, and some regions of Kyungbuk near the Daegu. Generally, in the satisfaction of the NPS, the elder groups in the age were more satisfied than younger groups, the other regions except of Daegu and Kyungsan were higher, and the longer the subscription period appeared to be more satisfied. The satisfaction of the NPS according to the education history and the knowledge level is a little different from the result of other studies, and in case of the low level of education history, the satisfaction of the NPS turned up to be high as the knowledge level of the NPS is high as well. Also, the more the expecting pension amount was and the higher the knowledge level was, the satisfaction of the NPS appeared to be high, especially in the case of no personal pension account.
